On Monday, February 15th, 2016, pasirputih organized a meeting for some young leaders and sport activists of Pemenang in pasirputih’s offeice. The meeting facilitated by Ahmad Saleh Tabibuddin a.k.a Asta was part of the process realizing the Bangsal Cup 2016. The cup is part of Asta’s project for akumassa Chronicle. He works in collaboration with some local residents and youth leaders to organize the beach soccer matches.
The meeting was discussing, among others, about the committee structure, the teams that will be invited, and also about the award provided by pasirputih. After the meeting, Asta and some members of pasirputih began to make formal invitation letters that will be delivered to all teams in the next day. They agreed to hold technical meeting on Friday, Februari 19th.
